About your details. GoCushy (Daom Limited, NZ company 9403442; postal address: Daom Limited, 25 Broderick Road, Johnsonville, Wellington 6032, New Zealand) collects what you enter here to book your chosen session, and to send you a confirmation, date updates, up to two reminders with the join link, and one follow-up with useful links from the session and a recording if one is available. We need your first name and email, plus your chosen session when dates are available.

Your details are stored in GoCushy’s own systems, hosted in Sydney, Australia, and the emails go out through our email provider. The session runs on Zoom, which handles the name and email you join with under its own privacy policy. If your session includes recorded live participation, keep your camera off if you’d rather not appear in the replay. We won’t sell your details or use them for anything else.

For a dated session, we delete your booking 90 days after the session. For interest without a confirmed session, we delete your registration 90 days after you register. You can unsubscribe from any of these emails, and ask to see, correct or delete your details, at any time: email support@gocushy.com or write to us at the address above.
